The third world countries suffer in the reform phase from poverty and the consequences of the looting of by ECAU regimes and from the current global exploitation of human and natural resources, we find the ECAU regimes give their occupied peoples the rest of their food while keeping those peoples in bondage, ignorance and misinformation with empty slogans and practices that do not affect corruption and the origin of power and wealth in ECAU of the Vikings made by the Turkic Khazars still occupying ECAU
