Open Letter to The African Union Member States

To The Secretary General;

As an African I beg you to form a high level committee and a senior department within the AU to study; inform member states; document; and respond to the obvious collective policies and practices of European mega-criminals, in all continents, who became the world super-rich and big corporations.
These acts are ferociously destroying any efforts to maintain peace; liberation; development; and health in Africa and the world. I am sure these are your top priorities and obligations.

Increasingly in modern history, the tactics of the European mega-criminals, in all continents, who became the world super-rich are systematic and highly organized. It is still being carried out now in Africa; Arabia; Latin America; and the entire “New” World.

First, they send “explorers”, “missionaries”, “volunteers”, “researchers”, “aid workers”, “consultants”, or “businessmen” to gather vital information. Then they create companies for oil, minerals, pharmaceuticals, and even banana, or cocoa, and the like.
They identify and target regions with natural wealth to hit it hard. If a wealthy region is within the homeland of tribe “A”, they screen and pickup a ruthless criminal from a neighboring tribe “Z”.

The European criminals provide money; weapons; training; logistics; intelligence; and advisory services to the Z local criminal to promote him to turn into a warlord with considerable criminal gang size and tactics.
In addition to such investment European criminals offer monarchs; head of states; members of government and media a lot of lucrative “incentives” to legitimize the assaults and atrocities of their agents on the wealthy region.

Suddenly, the imposed war shall be regarded as inevitable campaign for unification; state-building; civil war; protect civilians; bring democracy and civilization; protect the faith and minorities; fighting Communism; or any other rubbish pretext. The merciless assaults should end up by installing the local criminal agents and their tribe on top of an artificial but “legitimized” state.

Tribe A, the owner of natural wealth, shall get next to nothing; while tribe Z shall get modest rewards from the official loot. Now “state Z” is under constant embezzlement by making them feel deeply insecure and threatened from the legitimate owner of wealth, tribe A, and also from foreign states so they are trapped and have  no escape from cooperating with their European masters.

European super-rich mega-criminals are not threatened by terrorists; suicide boomers; or any Jihadists because they are the godfathers and sponsors of all insurgencies and terrorism.

Let me present to you here some established facts about a well-known new kingdom. And then ask you to vote if such kingdom can be qualified to be called a state and more importantly if it is a legitimate state or not?
1- It is less than 80 years old, and it had no borders before that;
2- The founder of this kingdom received monthly salary and weapons from a foreign state to help him to grab territories;
3- That sponsoring foreign state declared in a “treaty” signed between a single person and a government of an empire that any land grabbed by that person shall be its own protectorates;
4- That kingdom bears the name of a person and not a name of a people or a land;
5- The new kingdom is rejecting core U.N. human rights treaties and agreements such as the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, the International Covenant on Economic, Social, and Cultural Rights, the International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination, and the Convention on the Protection of the Rights of All Migrant Workers and Members of Their Families.
6- The nationality certificate of that new kingdom is named “Fellowship”;
7- It is refusing to  improve its criminal justice system, abolish the system of male guardianship over women, and throw out discriminatory aspects of its sponsorship system for foreign workers, which leave workers vulnerable to abuses including forced labor and unpaid labor;
8- It spends extremely huge portion of its revenues from sales of oil as monthly payments and grants for all members of the royal family;
9- There is no financial accountability form the people of that kingdom over its government and its royal family;
And 10- It stands out for its extraordinarily high levels of repression and its failure to carry out its promises to the Human Rights Council.
The question: Is such kingdom can be qualified to be called a state; and more importantly if it is a legitimate state or not?

Consider any failed task or failed project and examine Why It Failed?
Personally, I made a lot of failures and I came across many failures made by other persons and communities.
We cannot blame fortune, government, or any creator for our failures. Being poor IS NOT a result of lack of resources; but it is the misuse of resources. Even if people have some sort of valuable resources they may not know them and they will remain poor. And even after knowing their resources they may remain poor. This is failure at its best.
Let us be frank, poverty is a failure, and poor people are failed people. You don’t need to be rich; but you must not be poor at all if you have the basic qualities.
Poor persons; poor communities; and poor nations have at least four common deadly factors that pulling them down. These are: 1- Ignorance; 2- Stupidity; 3- Dishonesty; and 4- Greed.
Ironically, many rich people have these factors but on top of them they have criminality, particularly, the super-rich.
Without addressing these issues head on poverty will remain entrenched in the World.

In 1901, Abdul Rahman’s son, Abdul Aziz (the future Ibn Saud), asked the Emir of Kuwait for men and supplies for an attack on Riyadh. Already involved in several wars with the Rashidis, the Emir agreed to the request, giving Ibn Saud horses and arms. Although the exact number of men waxed and waned during the subsequent journey, he is believed to have left with around 40 men.
In January 1902, Ibn Saud and his men reached Riyadh. With only a small force, he felt that the only way to take the city was to capture Al Masmak Castle and kill Ibn Ajlan, Chief of Riyadh. Ibn Saud’s force captured the castle and killed Ibn Ajlan according to plan, and took the city within the night.
1903–1907, Warfare period of sporadic battles ended with Saudi takeover of the al-Qassim region.
In 1913, with the aid of the Ikhwan, irregular raiders traveled mainly on camels and some horses, Ibn Saud captured Hasa from the Ottomans. Ibn Saud annexed Al-Hasa and Qatif into his domain of Emirate of Riyadh.
In December, the British government (started early 1915) attempted to cultivate favor with Ibn Saud via its secret agent, Captain William Shakespear, and this resulted in the Treaty of Darin.
The Battle of Jarrab was a territorial battle between the Al Sa’ud and their traditional enemies the Al Rashid in January 1915. It was a proxy battle of World War I between the British-supported Sa’udis and the Ottoman-supported Rashidis.
The main significance of the battle was the death of Ibn Sa’ud’s British Military Advisor, Captain William Shakespear.
The Treaty of Darin, or the Darin Pact, of 1915 was between the United Kingdom and Abdul-Aziz Al Saud (sometimes called Ibn Saud) ruler of Nejd, who would go on to found the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in 1932.
The Treaty was signed on the island of Darin (also known as Tarout Island) in the Persian Gulf, on 26 December 1915 by Abdul-Aziz and Sir Percy Cox on behalf of the British Government.
Terms:
The Treaty made the lands of the House of Saud a British protectorate and attempted to define its boundaries. The British aim of the treaty was to guarantee the sovereignty of Kuwait, Qatar and the Trucial States. Abdul-Aziz agreed not to attack these British protectorates, but gave no undertaking that he would not attack the Sharif of Mecca.
Significance:
The Treaty was the first to give international recognition to the fledgling Saudi state. Also, for the first time in Nejdi history the concept of negotiated borders had been introduced. Additionally, although the British aim was to secure its Gulf protectorates, the Treaty had the unintended consequence of legitimising Saudi control in the adjacent areas. The Treaty was superseded by the Treaty of Jeddah (1927).

Trust in the European Union has fallen since autumn 2011

Trust in the European Union has fallen since autumn 2011 and now stands at its lowest ever  level  (31%,  -3  percentage  points).  At  the  same  time,  levels  of  trust  in  national governments  and  parliaments  have  recovered  slightly  (28%,  +4  and  28%,  +1 respectively). As a result, the gap between trust in national political institutions and the European Union is now very narrow.

After  the  sharp  decline  recorded  in  autumn  2011  in  the  proportion  of  Europeans  for whom the EU conjures up a positive image (-9 percentage points since spring 2011), the proportion  is  unchanged  this  time  at  31%.  However,  the  proportion  with  a  negative image  of  the  EU  has  risen  slightly  overall  (28%,  +2),  matched  by  a  corresponding decrease in those for whom the EU conjures up a neutral image (39%, -2).

More than half of Europeans support a European economic and monetary union with a single currency, the euro (52%, -1 percentage point since autumn 2011). A few months after  the  10th  anniversary  of  the  introduction  of  euro  notes  and  coins,  a  majority  of Europeans supports the single currency, and the level of support remains stable.

The results set out below are those for the European Union as a whole. In the euro area, 63% of respondents support the single currency.
